Custom orders:
We can work with you and your idea, design, picture or sketch to create something that is custom designed for you. Call, e-mail or mail ideas for custom work.
Terms and policies for custom design work: At least 1/2 of the dollar amount quoted is due to confirm a custom order. The remaining 1/2 is due after contacted that the commissioned work is complete.
Payment is nonrefundable. But if your idea is changed before the work is completed, it can be credited toward a new or different piece. If all other efforts to resolve any issues with a commissioned piece cannot be resolved, your payment it will be credited to a new work.
I will adjust sizing on rings and bracelets; and length on necklaces if after receipt they need adjusted. I take care and caution to get sizes correct before the pieces are started to keep adjustments to a minimum.
